Tell him how you feel. If he loves you obviously he will tell you and if he doesnt well you will know and can move one.

If you're close enough with him you should ask him to talk. There's no best way than the clear way. Tell him how you feel and let him know it is important for you to know his feelings. Then you take it from there. Good luck!

well not much info to go on here how does he act? i wouldnt suggest asking him or telling him. if your so unsure then he might not. so it might scare him to know that you do. try to feel him out. hint at it a little bit. mention somebody loving somebody else and see how he reacts to love in general. then maybe you'll have a better idea if he does or he might even tell you. :)

watch for the signs of his interest or you could let him know how you feel and see what he says.
