It all depends on your states law and the business/range you'll be going to. An indoor range my have different rules then a outdoor range and, how is on staff on that given day or, how busy they may be at the time.
If you have completed a firearm safety course and provide proof, there should be no problem.

Unless there is a specific state law about, it will be up to the local range's policy. At the range were I am a range safety officer you have to be 18 to shoot anything unsupervised. Most ranges will have a similar rule due to insurrance regulations and general safety concerns. However Parents can and do bring their kids and their friends and it is OK for them to shoot. We also have a junior rifle club were kids ten and up shoot but they are supervised the whole time.

It depends on the range. You must be 21 to own a handgun, so you must be 21 to go to the range alone in most places to shoot. However, you can probably shoot at most ranges with an adult. I shot at a range with I was 18 and rented a pistol.

The range may have its own policies, but under federal law, you must be at least 18 years old to shoot the gun by yourself, or 12 years old (and older) when supervised by an adult.

Well it would likely be a matter of the range's policy, which would vary.
There's no law's relating to who can fire a weapon, just ownership.
I would assume that most ranges wouldn't allow young children to fire handguns on the range, but for kids who are older, say 11-12 and up, if they're accompanied by an adult I doubt that there would be any concern over it.

What state? Varies by technique of state and the gun and proprietor's guidelines. on my own: i could say, 21, to be threat-free aspect. Many states enable deepest sales and possession of pistols at 18, yet no ammo sales, and no carrying until eventually 21. in case you won't be able to legally posses the pistol in that state until eventually 21, you won't be able to legally shoot it at a variety until eventually 21, or with a buddy who's. With father and mom, i have seen 13 Yo's. Many huge spots contained in the line the following in my state are alright to shoot at until eventually revealed "no capturing". those are rather unregulated. even if it truly is an vintage pistol, or Curio and Relic, it truly is diverse. (C & R is over 50 yo or in the different case on the ATF record). vintage or reproduction of muzzle loader is eighteen. A C & R, it varies by technique of state. some states do not classify a C & R as a firearm, both, so it truly is 18. some Do. some deepest indoor deepest pistol levels, like one the following on twenty 9th st, do not enable .22's, pellet/bb guns, or any black powder. Their guidelines. outside levels do not usually have those regulations. Michael became suitable except on deepest pistol sales--deepest sales and transfers ok at 18 in MI. no longer broking sales, that is Fed regulation. The gadget gun determination in Las Vegas became 21, besides the undeniable fact that it became their rule, no longer State or Fed regulation. Fed regulation would not administration a house determination. i actually do not trouble about those issues, i'm turning the double nickels right this moment....

Depends on the range.
The range I go to, for example has minimum age of 7 to shoot a rifle as long as he/she is accompanied by an adult of legal age.
As for handguns, I believe the age is 10.
Call your local shooting range for information.

My range has the rule, if the parent or guardian is with the child at all times, the child can fire any weapon at any age. If the child is under 21, they cannot fire a pistol without a parent or guardian there, but rifle and shotgun is ok. From my understanding, that's Virginia state law tho.
