Yeah, go ahead and shoot them with a rubber arrow! Hope you weigh 1500 lbs because all your gona do is p-i-s-s them off!

I would advise against any such action.

The laws would hang you out to dry over it.
Domestic animals like cows and horse the charge would be “Animal Cruelty” and that will get you prison time in many states if not all.

Now in Wild animals you get “Animal Cruelty” and a host of other charges stacked against you.
One of which would include wildlife Molestation ( non sexual form ).

By just shooting a dog in the @ss with a BB gun for getting in your trash can get you put in jail in most states.

That is just some of the down sides.

Why would you want to hunt herd animals with rubber animals?

Or do you mean to change their behaviors by punishing them with a rubber arrow so they don't go to roads?

Yes. Also, if its an animal like a cow or bull, you can buy guns that shoot bean bags and screamers. Both are VERY effective.
