how do you overcome jealousy,do you think its a confidence thing about yourself? if youra confident person you dont get jealous?

It is really difficult not to be jealous - I guess it is confidence tihng and to go with being content. In a way it's kind of natural. I get jealous of things and people, and usually it's one person you get jealous of and it really annoys you. I guess you just have to find things in your life that are better than theirs, and focus on that. Everyone will have something better than you, it's a fact of life, but it's not easy to deal with!
Maybe there are some books on it? If you find out - let me know1

Jealousy,paranoia is a illness,can become a disease,where,
you just make things up in your head, that are not real.It a
experience that shorted you in previous ventures in relationships,like husband runs off w/h best friend,so all new
relationships you're suffering because of past bad experience.You can trust someone until they give you reason not to anymore...

Everyone can be jealous, given the right circumstances. Just don't let it get out of control. That's when the trouble starts!

I have never been jealous of anyone in my entire life . I have plenty of confidence I am just down cuz it seems like I cant catch a break. no licence

i think that almost everyone gets jealous.. it's just human nature. and to me that shows that they like you A Lot.. but don't let it get out of control. but a little bit never hurt anyone.... except me of course actually haha... because the guy who just barely Extrememly liked me things were going fine but he had a low self-esteem and such and so all of a sudden things ended without really Any warning on my part.... and his excuse was: like i always thought other guys were always looking at you.... and i don't like being jealous. so who knows.. i think that's a lame excuse to end things with someone you really like though.. but it happens. that darn little green monster! haha. ;)

Oh I have been a jealous cow all my life with no real knowledge of why. I don't let my husband look at anything on the TV or his computer or look at folk in the street even!

you'll eventually go through it just like everyone does too. and it will be hard to try to get rid of your jealousy but as time passes, it will go away.
