theres this girl in my class but i don't know if she likes me but i like her. she'll come over to talk to me everyday in the morning and she'll talk to me a bunch of othe times in the day also. whenever she does talk to me she will laugh sometimes and ask me alot of questions. should i ask her out or not?

Yeah, there is a girl that is kind of like that with me too. Look for other signs. Is there a lot of eye contact? Does she smile a lot around you? Does she touch your arm, etc? If so, go for it..
