I would say most supplements you see in magazines and on TV are junk. A few good basics would be a good multi-vitamin/mineral, perhaps a whey protein powder, and possibilities creatine would be good basics and are safe. You could try other supplements to see how they work for you, but be informed on what you're getting.

depends on what supplements you are talking about..
a good multi-vit will help with your well being..you won't live longer but you will feel better for the time that you do live...
I could make a list of good and bad but that would take forever. would help to know what supplements you are talking about
