this lady always stares at me anytime when i am in the library and dont notice her but when i stare her back she looks away. what should i do or say to her, ladies..? please help...

If she looks away when you look at her, she most likely likes you. Or she's super shy. But either way give it a shot. Talk to her. About books (you are in a library), sports, the weather, food, anything. Hurry before she finds someone else. I hope this helps, Good luck

Go over politely and ask her if she knows how to use the computer around here.
If not ask her where a book is and if she could help.
Next time you go, get a book and sit down near her or at the same table to read.

Watch what she's reading and check that book out that night ..Then you can suavly approach her and say "ah Gullivers travel ,great book".She sounds shy to me so be smooth ! ;) Good Luck !

first thing is first tell your self she is just like you and wants to talk to you or she would have called the cops for stalking by now. just work up the gall and walk over and say hi and the rest will come from there . the first word is the hardest one then relax

well she obviously has a crush on you, she is probably thinking the same way your thinking about her so if you want to start talking to her you should be the first one to make the move try sitting closer to her than you do now to see if she says anything to you.

Say something like... "Hey! I saw you were reading (name of book she is reading).Some friends recommended it to me and I was wondering what you thought of it." or...
if it's a really girly looking book say,
"My sister's birthday is coming up and I was wondering if that would be a good present for her."
