Do you guys think it is possible to lose 20 lbs. in 11 weeks??? or am I setting my goal to high??? tell me what you think?? have any of you been able to lose 20 lbs in that short of a time?? if so how, how did you do it?? does any1 have any tips?

Yes. But you would have to do it carefully. i have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks through slimming world. if you stick with it it works like a charm.

I have always heard that the body can only lose 2 pounds of fat per week, and if you lose any faster, you are probably sacrificing muscle. So, in 11 weeks, you should be able to safely lose 22 pounds. If you are watching your caloric intake, and exercising 3 to 5 times a week for 30 minutes, you can do it. Eat healthy,,,lots of veggies, and lean protien. Watch your portions, and try to eat 6 small meals a day. Calories should be around 1200 to 1500 depending on your weight, height, and age. Also, drink lots of water. Good luck.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.

1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.

2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.

3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.

These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

That is sooooooo possible. I lost 20 lbs in about 2 weeks. I walked like a mile a day and ate salad for at least one meal a day. I stopped drinking things with sugar like soda and teas. Splenda is AWESOME! Good luck.

Easily. All that needs to be done is to cut back one meal a day, and exercise just a little., considering you have almost 4 months to do it.

The way to lose weight fast is to cut your calorie intake from let's say 2000 a day down to 1600, & to get exersise. It's the healthiest & fastest way to do it. I wish you luck.

Yes,...but do it with the advice of your Dr. on what medicines and things to eat. Too fast a weight loss, in too short of time, can do harm to your body...Good Luck.
