Slimming World. i swear by it. i have lost 15 pounds in 5 weeks. But I have stuck to it 98%. It has been hard. Very hard. But I am so pleased with the results. you have got to have motivation to stick with it!

Don't fall into the fad diet syndrome. Cut your calorie and fat intake. Increase your fiber, but most important eat a balanced diet to stay healthy. Then exercise. Walk more, don't take the short way walk the long way, don't use the elevator (if you usually do) take the stairs. All of this will help you slim down while building muscle. Don't obsess over the lbs. take measure of the inches. Fad diets do work but they don't last. You go off them and the weight comes right back. You need to readjust your eating habits. The only diet that works for me is Atkins because you do not starve yourself. I lost 20 pounds in a couple of months and I haven't gained any of that weight back.
