I have never heard voices except one time I distinctly heard my name when no one was around. Call it whatever bursts your bubble.
Inner ear problems can cause you to hear people talking that are non-existent. My grandmother had that problem.

Nothing. If you are hearing voices you need to see a doctor. You don't want to wind up like Andrea Yeats.
