I need a Japenese receipe for salad dressing called Ginger?

It is grated ginger but I am not sure what the liquid consits of. Does anyone have a receipe for this salad dressing?

Here is a JAPANESE GINGER DRESSING I always use.

INGREDIENTS:

* 2 tbsps rice wine vinegar
* 3 tbsps vegetable oil
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 1 tbsp soy sauce
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 1 tsp sake
* 1 tsp grated ginger

PREPARATION:
Mix all the ingredients other than oil in a bowl. Add oil gradually into a bowl and mix well.

*Makes 2 servings
