I'm 16 and I just can't get to sleep for some reason. My heart seems like it's beating kind of fast because of adrenaline or something. I weighed myself and I lost about 6 pounds in that amount of time because I haven't been hungry and ate close to nothing. My urine is dark yellow which I know is a sign of dehydration and my vision is a bit off but not much. anxiety and depression can cause disruptions in your sleep patterns... Heart racing is most likely panic (anxiety) attacks which is not that uncommon. Perhaps there is a lot going on in your life right now...

Vitamin B calms the nerves. I would see your doctor or an alternative health professional to see what it is.

If anything get on a daily vitamin..

these calm the body - Calcium with magnesium, espson salts to soak in, vitamin C, Melatonin (most health food store carry this)...

the less you sleep the more over tired you become and sometimes you can't sleep from being overtired... vicious circle.

yeah, i think you seriously should see a doctor, dehydration sucks.
If you insist on not going to the doctor, drink plenty of water, and get off the computer already, it's not going to help you relax!
