The best is pilates.You can rent a tape at a video store. It took me a week or 2 to do them all but I'm older.The best thing is u don't sweat much and u don't have to do alot for good results.I lost 30 pds and it targets hips,stomach,and thighs.Good luck

I want to know this one too but from the little research that I have done you need to do plenty of cardio first and then work at exercises designed to tone those problem areas.

walking is the best. 30 minutes a day minimum. get good shoes and dress for the weather. eat a well balanced diet, drink lots of water and the pounds will leave. any activity that increases your heartbeat and respiration is good, though. I'm assuming you're not in great shape, so walking comes to mind first.

u can look on the internet, tv, or anywhere.
you just gotta work hard and stick with it!
but some i like to do for fun (im 12, dont really work out) are push ups, jumping jacks, and jumping rope is realllly good

Any cardio, even walking will help, for best results aim for 3 thirty minute spells a week

for thses areas you cannot beat arobics....Lets
yes really simple arobics...go on get going....
do it now... go buy a video if you cannot afford classes....
more... read over other answers. ok walking won't help tummy much, but if you combine that with lots of sex ,(like the guy said on top and giver like no tommorrow) then you have a program that will work...if you need help with this let me know...Lets
