i am trying to make a phone call out of the usa
the numbers start with
234-826-342-xxxx
is there some way i can call this or a certain way i have to call we can not connect the number my friend gave me they say is the correct number but the phone in texas says it is not when i dial the number ....is there a certain way i should dial it differently so i can connect to this number thanks

On a long distance call you have to dial the 1 first, so dial 1234826342 and the rest of the numbers.

Your question is not clear. Are you asking how to make a call to someone outside of the USA when you are in the USA?
If so, you can go to this site http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/dialing.html
and enter the information on both countries and the phoen number and it will give you the international dialing codes you need to use.
