I had a boxer/pit bull mix. He was always super hyper. I just had to play with him and train him.

Also, I'm not sure if you are aware, but boxers have very sensitive stomachs. They are also prone to have bad gas and tummy aches! Make sure you are feeding him good healthy food and try not to change it up, as this may cause a tummy ache!

Boxers are very hyper when they are young and they stay very active throughout their lives they are working dogs, you have to give them lots of run around time and toys to play with, my boxer loves to swim so that also helps. Boxers want to be with you as much as possible so take her to the dog park, running, walking, play Frisbee with her, wrestle with her they are strong active dogs. Make sure she has plenty of water because boxers can overheat! Also mine loves to play tug o war with a rope toy. They are the best dogs ever, smart sweet and loyal!! Play, play and more play and teach her not to jump up, its cute as a puppy but a boxer will knock you over just to lick you and they are very strong. Knee her in the chest when she jumps up and she will get the message.

Boxers are very active busy dogs and tend to be that way most of their lives.
They calm down some but most are very active and jumpy for their whole lives.
My friend breeds them and she has three and they are all hyper most times.
