Paracetamol, called acetaminophen or Tylenol, has no known interactions with alcohol--specifically, ethanol, the particular alcohol in intoxicating beverages. Both ethanol and acetaminophen/paracetamol are known to be hard on the liver, but you have to take both fairly regularly at a significant dose over prolonged periods of time for there to be any trouble--unless you take a huge dose of either or both, which is poor judgement with anything.

On the whole, mixing booze with any medication is potentially asking for trouble, for an assortment of reasons.

The really "killer" combinations with alcohol are barbiturates, benzodiazepines and the small group of drugs, including disulfiram and metronidazole, that inhibit the last step of alcohol metabolism...

You answered your own question. But mixing alcohol with any drug can be very dangerous especially depending upon your health history and if you are taking any other medications. This is not a smart thing to do.
