One pitfall of dieting is that we feel deprived of all our favorite things. That's also the reason most people gain back the weight they've lost once they have lost the weight they wanted to lose. What you really need to do to lose weight and to keep it off is to change the way you eat for life. You don't buy honey roasted peanuts, but you might buy raw peanuts in the shell and roast them in the oven. They don't have salt and you don't eat as many because you have to shell them. If you are tortured by the peanuts in your home, walk next door and give them to a skinny neighbor.
Good luck on your diet. Be sure to read labels before you buy.

Nooooo... don't do it! They are high in fat, sugar, salt and really high in protein (which is bad if you're not lifting weights!)

If you really can't hold back the urge, take a few (like 5) out, put the can away and then sit down and slowly eat them one by one. Don't just scarf them down - after all you wanna eat them cuz they taste good not cuz they'll fill you up!

If you still want something sweet and crunchy eat a juicy Granny Smith Apple... mmmm... they're good for your teeth too!! Natures candy!!

You'll go "nuts" (pardon the pun) if you don't cheat on occasion. Look at the serving size on the can ....1/2 cup or whatever, and have ONLY that much.
