Hi, my names Jazmine. I weight 130 pounds and i am trying to go down to 125 by the end of march. How can i lose 5 pounds fast?

Drink a lot of water - reduce your calories by 300, run or walk three days a week for 45 mins

Amputation (wait, no, the weight to time ratio isn't as bad as what most people ask here, so I can probably give a healthy response besides amputation)

Avoid fast food, jog a few miles every day, eat fruits and vegetables, eat less meat. You should be fine.

(And sorry about the amputation response, but most people here are like "I neEd TO losE 10 pOUnndS pER WeEK!", in which case amputation is the healthiest thing I can think of.

5 lbs is relatively a small amount to loose. gurenteed if you lay off the junk food and get off the couch and walk for 1/5 hour a day you will loose that much.

i can loose 5 lbs in a week if i just layoff the chips and garbage foods...Lets
