bos went i live my computer about 10 min...it will shut down itself...

If you don't have Power tripping or you have a good UPS then you need not bother to shut down. Don't go on vacation with out switching off your Computer!
Besides by keeping the Computer ON but not on Power Saving mode you will have a higher Electricity bill!

Is this a serious question?
And are you referencing something that says "restart now" because you installed something?
If so, that's Windows for you and you'll have to deal with it. Otherwise, look at the first answer.

Just leave it running. Keep it plugged in.
