No.. Two days is usually the maximum if you do not freeze it.. Cook it on Wednesday if possible

You could, but that's a little longer than the recommended time to keep cooked turkey.
I'd suggest either having your hot turkey on Tuesday or wednesday, or else slicing up your leftover turkey on sunday and freezing it until the night before you want your hot turkey.

Cooked meats last no more than 3 days in the fridge. If you cooked it then froze it and on Wednesday you defrosted the meat in the fridge for Thursday or Friday you should be alright. Your best bet would be to cook the day of.

Yes and then with left overs {mix them all to gether and make a turkey pie{buy the frozen pie crust as they are good,}

I wouldnt advise it . Thats 5 or so days before you would use it. Cook it two days before if it has to be cooked ahead of time. bettyk

I wouldn't take the chance--two days later is okay; but four is asking for trouble.

This information is very thorough and explains why storage and time can increase your chances of getting sick.

i wouldn't take the chance either. it will not be good after 5 or six days maybe 2-3 days.

As long as you keep it refrigerated it should be fine to serve on Thursday.
