Go to the media player and under the file tab there is a button 'add to library'. Select anything resembling 'add from file'. Select the songs from iTunes that you want and you are done.

It depends, if you are talking about Windows Media Player or a mp3 player. If you want to get your songs on WMP (windows media player), click "open media" under "file" and find the songs that you want in WMP.

If you are looking to put them onto a mp3, then do this
1.Plug your mp3 into your computer
2 Under the start menu, click "my Computer" and find your mp3 player (it will say something like "Removable Drive" or "MP3 Player" next to it).
3Open the folder called Media or Music in your mp3 player's memory
4Open My Music and find the songs and CD's that you want on your mp3 player
5Click and drag the songs from one window to the other.
A loading bar will come up to confirm that your are downloading music onto your player.

And viola! your done!
