Im fed up of putting my hair in a half ponny what els can i do?

you can do a lot of things with your hair.. also depending on how long your hair is. If you can do a half pony-tail with it, then i guess it's long enough to do other things too.
you can do a full pony-tail, a pig tail, single braided, braided pig tails, bun, or spiky bun. Or, if you have straight hair, then you can get waves, or curly hair and you can leave your hair down.

Because you usually put it half up, I'm guessing you like it either higher on top or away from our face.

Head bands are coming back in style and can really dress up your look.
One thing you can do (depending on your hair length) is to put hair into a half ponytail and then flip it through (hope that makes sense) so the top sort of it stands up with more height and has a more polished look.

A side part with a low ponytail off to the side can look elegant, esp. if you wrap some of your hair around the elastic.
For a variation, try curling the ends of your hair before pulling it back. Or wear it down with the ends curled.

Invest in some hair accessories, your options will really open up.

You could always do a duff puff..
you take the front pieces of your hair
and put them back into a puff in the middle
of your head at the front and pin it back.

and I like to fluffy it up everywhere and stuff

let your hair down. You can straighten it, curl it or put mousse on it when you're hair is damp. This creates a beach hair look. You can also put it in a full pony tail. =)
