I find the people in New York extremely polite .
Friendly yes , but I would say polite would a better word to describe them . Brazilians are less polite but more friendly .

Yes, most of us are very friendly. And there are a lot of people from your country arond West 46th St in Manhattan, the area known as "Little Brazil"

Some are, some aren't. As a tourist, if you are walking on busy streets in Manhattan (Times Square, 34th Street), do not walk slow. Some people will look to curse you.

Well, since you are from Brazil you might think people in NYC are much diiferent from people in your country. Most people are super nice, but you will want to watch out for people who are overly friendly because usall, somethings up with them that you don't want to get into.....

everyone in NYC is so different, its hard to say.
yes, some people may bump into you and not say sorry, but some will.
no one is gonna be really mean, though.
some of us actually like tourists

They are - but unfortunately - not to Brazillians.
They are very rude to Brazillians and will poke their tongues out at you.
