I was somewhat stressed today, and I then suddently thought "what if I pulled some of my hair out in a rage?", and got worried thinking I might have pulled a clump out. I know I didn't, because it would take significant force to pull your hair out and would hurt like a *****. I can feel no bruising anywhere on my head, or pain, so logically, I must have not, but I still can't get that what if, out of my mind.

Any advice?

Your mind is playing tricks on you and there may be a underlying reason, best bet is to get yourself checked out.

Try to relax or may be hypnosis. Good luck.
