Good is not more powerful, it is just more real. That is, Evil is just the lack of Good, just as stillness is the lack of disruption and nothing is the lack of anything. Evil, stillness, and nothing are not ultimately real, they only exist by their opposites. Good is more real than Evil, which may imply a power relationship, but does not require one.

Good more powerful than Evil is. To defeat Evil, betray goodness you need not.

okay, enough Yoda talk.

yes, Good is more powerful than Evil. It doesn't always seem that way, but it is in the longrun. Also, morals and righteousness are different things. A moral is made up by each person, depending on what they WANT to believe is good, or what they like.

vengeance is not good on any grounds. "Vengeance leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to the Dark Side". It's best if we leave revenge alone. it isn't ours to take.

"You don't know the power of the Good Side"...

It would be nice to believe that "good" is more powerful than "evil", but to accept that you would have to accept that the cumulative "good" of some countries entire populations is not enough to counteract the "evil" of a few meglomaniacal leaders and the few people arround them that succumb to their spell.

It seems more realistic to assume that we are all 'partly-good' and 'partly-evil', and that goodness & evilness are really realtive to specific details and specific situations. Someone robs a bank, but drops the sack of money as they pass your house. You know this bank just avoided getting in trouble (you saw it on the news) for handling drug money (they had a GREAT lawyer; you could take it to the police (who will give it back to the bank), you could give it to a homeless shelter (who are about to shut down because of budget problems).

Which choice is good and which evil?

One who does good is never overcome by evil.
Is not question of moral, is question in who are you going to follow, a Superior authority, if God says "this is bad" is bad, no matter how much moral may look before your eyes, and if He says "this is good" is good, no matter how bad it look to you. Because we are conditioned in ignorant under illusion, our senses are imperfect, we make mistakes, we have the tendency to cheat and be cheater by others.

I'm reminded of the line from the movie "Space Balls:"

Evil will always triumph, because good is dumb.

In life, there has to be a balance of everything. If there was no bad, good wouldn't be so darn good.

In this day and age, NO. It seems you have to be evil to get ahead. Sorry.
