By now it may be too late to remove youself. I applaud your typing skill with glass in your hand.
Anyways, back on topic. It's time to go into your walk-in care center or emergency room. You could get a nasty infection from the glass in your hands.
TRUST ME...weird things happen in the emergency room. Sometimes people walk in with a scrape or call 911 for a tiny scrape. Don't feel stupid. If you leave the glass in, and pathogenic batceria was on the glass, you could develop a highly serious infection in your body.
I don't know about entering the blood stream but if it does...you can tell by extremely sharp pains. If that happens, call an ambulance immediately. One of your veins could develop a puncture wound and bleed into the body cavities.
Good luck, and for the future, don't wait on things like this (even if you think it looks stupid to the doctor, it's not).

clean the wounded area, pat dry and apply glue to the area the glass is in, let dry then peel off and the slivers will come off with the thin layer of glue. Worked for me

well first you have to clean the area where the glass is and then very carefully take out the glass with a pair of tweezers and then reclean the area once you are done

Glass is inert.
if it very deep or there are many,, only a Dr. can numb the area and prod and probe. but your body will in time surround the shard and expel it but it will be tender until then.
