yes get 2 big jars of it ,find a big hill and run up and down it 50 to 100 times carrying them in your hands this will burn heaps of calories and help you lose weight. But if you eat it in small amounts and you exercise regular you will lose weight but all of your diet should be consistantly healthy or you will just get fat but you know that dont you. So no, eating honey will not make you lose weight.

No, honey is the same as sugar. Honey in large amounts can produce honey botulism; for this reason you must never give honey to a child under 5 years of age.

I take equal amounts of honey and apple cider vinegar and mix the two together in a jar and everyday I put 3 tablespoons of this elixer into a cold glass of water and stir.8 oz of water and 3 tablespoons of my spring tonic everyday keeps your energy up and your appetite in check
this cleanses your blood of acid and boost you better than a soft drink. I will drink this instead of a coke its helps my gout too

a small bit in tea,coffee or on porraige is ok
dont overdo it though as after all it still is sugar
