weather you whisper or not, the one thing is to talk about her. all people like it when you show interest in them. most people, when given the chance, love to talk about themselves. try it! you may be amazed.

oh tell her something like she looks hot and that you want to dance with her, like the usual stuff that you dont whisper. and dont really talk about anything because u went there to have a good time and to dance so go dance with her and while you are doing that look into her eyes and that would so keep her attention onto you!

Just tell her that she looks really nice tonight, and ask her if shes there for a b-day party or somthing and ask her if shes having a good time. Just dont treat her like a peice of meat like most guys do and you should be fine.
