Just get cardiovascular excercise (thinks thatt make your heart go faster) and you should lose the fat.

swimming is one of the best exersizes to do for most any area. No exersize will target one are for fat loss, your body naturally selects where you loose the weight. Exersize can only tone muscles in certain areas not burn fat. This is the basis for lyposuction only way to loose fat in specific areas without loosing in others.
Obviously you need to loose weight so any exersizing will help. Most people with a particular problem area need to change their eating habbits. Weight watchers is a great progarm becuase it teaches you what foods are problems and how to replace them with better foods.
Bottom line is your legs as you say are fat. so exersize and cut down on the potatoe chips. Fat/calories = fat
less food/fat + exersize = less body fat.
So many people think there is a big mystery as to why they gain weight. is one or both of two things. Not enough exersize, or too much food.
They sometimes say I exersize and eat right and still am fat... Answer is "YOU ARE STILL EATTING TOO MUCH IF YOU ARE FAT"

Do some aerobic exercise (cardio; exercise bike, treadmill, swimming, etc.) for at least 20-30 minutes a day, three times a week. Also, strength training helps. You should also do it three times a week as well. Hire a personal fitness trainer if you have to. Nutrition is a key factor as well. Tried to eat 5-6 small meals a day (smaller food portions, protein shakes, etc.). Try to lay off the fast and junk food (McDonald's burgers, KFC fried chicken, and Taco Bell tacos) as well as the high sugar and caloried sodas (Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, 7UP, etc.). Drink plenty of water if you can. This is my advice to you.

Lots of cardio to burn fat (you will burn fat all over) and leg exercises for toning and firming. Look on-line for specific exercises or go to your local library to check out some books.

the basic running/jogging works really well
also if you are at the gym leg press, squats, and lunges help.
those will help you lose fat and gain mussel

well you might want to try something that is healthy and a lot of exercise because i have the same problem but i'm working on it! it takes time and patincence but is worth it!

you need to walk 3 miles a day and put your pc on a bar and stand up while on it . you will loose thse saddlebags
