Ck your local churches, newspaper, extension service for activities that interest you. Visit the local gym or health
club,ck into High School adult evening activity programs
which are very affordable. Attending these things you'll
find others who enjoy your same interests.

One can feel lonely in a crowd. It is really the relationship
we have with ourselves that we are talking about here.
Learning to like you, and to enjoy your own company is a must.

I got a pet when I turned 59, as long as I remember to keep it watered and fed, I get unconditional love. Oh, I share in the exercise which keeps us both healthy.

Join a singles club. Go to chat rooms. Go to the zoo. Take a walk in the park. Volunteer at the Red Cross. Get involved in a darts league. Go bowling. In other words, do what the rest of us middle-agers do, and get off your butt and out of the house.

He examines his conscious to figure out how this happened. Then he looks internally and creats a list of goals to accomplish (excluding companionship). It will be in this journey that will lead him to 'asking' (tough thing for men to do) for help and getting friends.
Honestly, there's little difference than when he was in his 20's. Hopefully, he's wiser and not still a fool.

Get involved in your local church or community. Also ck
the local newspaper enterainment section to find a group
that interests you. Join a gym or yoga class.
You should find interests that you really enjoy so they can
be shared with people you meet. Good Luck

I know this is a serious question but it's not likely to get serious answers here. You should find a hobby or an interest that gets you involved in a club. That will be a start at getting you involved with meeting new friends.

Maybe you're in a rut, perhaps not a social one, but maybe some other part of your life is causing this new feeling. Perhaps you could find a part time job or volunteer helping people. I would suggest doing something new, maybe somewhere new.

I haven't tried but there is probably many sources on the Internet. Also if your not in shape you may want to work on that, it helps. Also, ask God to lead you to some activity or such and He will--I've done this when I changed friends and He lead me to the BEST friend I ever had.

Go to a church and get involved in the activities, or go to a nursing home and sing for old people.
