Looking for some parental software, where i can change the address of the page you are redirected to when another page is blocked

I like the free one from http://www.k9webprotection.com
It lets you choose categories of sites to block, and has a time feature to let you choose what time of day your kid is allowed online. I use it on my teen's computer.
