i would say elliptical. ur using all the large muscles in the lower body plus ur using ur upper body muscles as well. its also lower impact on ur ankles, knees and lower back than a treadmill (if u choose to run on a treadmill of course).

it would probably be smart to use all 3 of those machines sometime at various workouts mainly to eliminate boredom and to not give ur body a chance to adapt to an exercise and also to gauge what type of results each tend to give u.

but none of these machines alone will give u a flatter stomach. only weight training/ abdominal exercises, watching ur food intake AND cardiovascular exercise can do that.

good luck!

Whatever you enjoy most. Because you'll do that one the most with the least effort. Just keep an eye on your heartrate and make sure it keeps pumping well.

Cardio is really the best way to a flat tummy, but remember that crunches don't hurt, they tighten a little.

well running gives the best all around workout and it looses the fat in your stomach that all grils cant get rid of by just doing situps so i would go with a treadmill

nicely.... many talk over with motorbikes (motorcycles) as Iron horses. i might have a puzzling time selecting between a speedy bike and a stay, speedy horse. vehicles are too confining.

Which ever you burn the most calories on would be the best, loss of fat cannot be targeted.
