Car insurance that pays for YOUR injuries when you're in an accident is Medical Payments.
Car insurance that pays for SOMEONE ELSE'S injuries is BODILY INJURY.
Liability insurance consists of bodily injury & property damage coverage, which are 2 separate coverages, that apply to someone you legally owe damages to.

You're all wrong! It depends on the type of insurance whether being a "no-fault" state or not! If it's no fault, your own insurance pays under medical and if it's not no fault, the driver at faults insurance pays the cliam.

You get an 'F'. PIP or health/medical insurance or sometimes even UM is the correct answer.

The answer would be Medical Expense...Or it could be UIM, UM depending on who's at fault.. Or it could be PIP depending on what state you live in...
