1. by giving him/her some money ( $100 dlrs or so ),to go and do some shopping for you....just tell him/her...that you have to work and do other stuff and do not have the time to go and get
it yourself...ex. a limited special offer going on...you at work
or out of town..or other affairs..etc.
2.and if you have kids....asking him/her if she/he can watch over for your kid(s)...for a few minutes/hours...while you go to a job interview...or a dentist or doctor's appointment...etc
tell him/her...your other family members are at work or out of town, or just unable to do it at moment
3.telling him/her....something private and personal...about your self or about your family .

you hang out with them and don't worry about things like you would around someone you don't trust
