First buy her a dozen red roses, have them sent to her or you could just leave them on her doorstep then ring the doorbell or knock and get as far away as quickly as possible. Make sure the roses come with one of those little cards and write on the card "meet me at (insert special place near where you live here)" - Your Name. Make sure this is a day when she has no plans so she will show up and tell her there.

You could always be a secret admirer send her small things {they don't need to be expensive} Leave thinking of you cards where ever you know she will find them.Do this for about a week,than in your last note tell here "if you want to know who I am meet me here"{pick a spot like a park} be there waiting with some flowers .Best of luck..
