You really can't be deported if you follow immigration procedures correctly and don't break the law.
What you really need is to have an attorney write a "letter of support" instead of doing it yourself. Save up a few hundred pounds and make an appointment.

If this isnt anything related to a crime or being arrested or she has extended her visa without consent... she proably will be deported.. If the husband knew she was here and need to get proper extensions or what ever the cause is.. .. he should of been getting this taken care of along time ago.. not at the last moment... if she can prove shes her legally im sure the government will find that out.

I am not sure about the full details about this immigration case. I would strongly recommend to use google.com to find an immigration attorney in your area and he/she can file a case in court.
Most of the government proceedings are cut-throat meaning very transparent and go by the book/law. I am not sure if the letter of support will of any help.

Why is she going to be deported if she is here legally? Well, I had to write a letter like this. State her positives, if she has a clean record, never done any type of crimes, how her life and the lives of other would be affected if she left, how much she and her family appreciate the country, how she has contributed to the country, things of that matter. Hopefully things go well and they listen to your letter, sometimes they don't care. Very heartless but that is how they do. Wish you and your friends the best of luck.

Sorry, but ILLEGAL is wrong. I don't care if the ILLEGAL alien is from Canada, the Philippines, Mexico or India. If they are not here LEGALLY, they shouldn't be here!!!!
This is not a racist issue. It is about the law!
