What's on the pizza? Maybe you have a mild allergy to one of the commonly allergenic foods pizza can have (like mushrooms, pineapple, etc.), or even the sauce. Or, maybe even you could be lactose intolerant and the cheese is dissagreeing with you? How much dairy do you eat the rest of the week? If you want, try trading things out in the pizza one by one until it doesn't make you sick, then you know what's causing it. If that doesn't work, try something that will satisfy the pizza craving without making you sick- maybe lasagna or cheese fries. Then again it could be the grease of the food that's actually making you sick, so if you could satisfy the craving with less grease, that's likely to help as well.

Pizza is loaded with sodium (salt). Everything about it is loaded with sodium. From the crust, all the way up. Each meat also is preserved with sodium. If I had to guess, probably more salt in two slices of pizza that one person needs the entire day.
Pizza is okay now and then, but not all the time. And drink lots of water with it, to compensate for the sodium that will deplete the water from you. Drink the water before and during, or drink it after, but high doses of sodium has that effect.
No matter what, try to drink 8-8 oz glasses (64 oz) of water each day, unless your doctor has told you different. This is the recommended amount of water for most and if you don't drink this and eat salty foods, you may easily feel like you aren't drinking enough water.

It sounds like you could have an allergy that is causing you to be ill. If not the whole pizza, them some ingredient used in the making of the pizza. I would not bother trying to eat it. It is not agreeing with you. You could get allergy tested to see what it may be, but that can cost a fair bit. Easiest is to just pass on the pizza and have something else instead.

Drinkin water with or close to meals can actually make it harder to degest food. Your body has natural acid that breaks down the food and the water deludes that. Have you chaged whats on the pizza or where your getting it? Maybe your body says, enough pizza. Talk to a doctor.

Are you washing your hands before eating? Pizza is a finger food. Where were your hands before they went into your mouth? What kind of a job do you have? Some jobs just naturally generate dirty hands although it may not show on the skin.
