An over the counter topical medication called "Zanka" really works well.

Your canker sore happened because of the following: you bit the inside of your mouth, you touched the inside of your mouth, or you haven't been brushing your teeth lately. Use mouthwash, keep your mouth clean, go to the drugstore and buy canker sore pain relievers, and don't do what caused it again.

there is not to much you can do about then .. eventualy they will go away all on there own .. Leave it be let it heal.. Don't bite at it basicly.. Other then that you cn buy an oragel over the counter to help dull the pain.
I wish you all the best

I get cancer sours all the time, unfortunately all you can do is wait. It is painful, just try to keep salty and acidy foods away from it. It will go away within 1-2 weeks.
Good Luck

Swish warm to hot salt water in your mouth several times a day.

As hot as you can take it.

same here. I had two. just leave it alone. don't bite it, don't brush it with a toothbrush, as that will only make it larger, and hurt more, and possibly become infected. just leave it alone, maybe swish with salt water.
