I have curly hair to and I like to use Matrix Sleek Look. You get it in salons, its a little more than store brands but is worth every penny. Just use the shampoo, conditioner, leave in cream, dry your hair , then put in the serum and use a curling iron to smooth out your curls. I think you'll see a big improvement.

Frizz-ease products found at most stores.
Also, though it will shorten the life of your perm some, but there's "cholesterol" that's actually the name of it, it's like pure conditioner that comes in a tube and you leave on a few minutes as a treatment.

Wash your hair with that new Ganier hair shampoo. It's supposed to protect you from frizz or something.
