He can apply at age 18. However, he must provide proof of ability to provide support for you. You cannot be a burden to your community; such as welfare, medic aide or any of those benefits. Doing so is grounds for deportation.

He has to be 18 in order to start whole citizenship process for someone else. Since you are already here illegally the most that they will probably do is fine you for being illegal. But just to be on the safe side it never hurts to check with an immigration attorney to be sure. You also might be required to have a background check done on you just to be sure that you have not committed any felonies.

He has to be 21 and have a good job and a stable home and have living arrangements for you.He must sponsor you and take complete responsibility for you but you will only get a green card until you apply for citizenship on your own.

there has to be a reason for you to become an american citizen and also the individual coming to america has to be a positive addition to the US, and not just feed off of its benefits, if the individual is sick and only has family in America then it can be easier to get citizenship, also if the son was an American born citizen then he can have his family members come to the US and live with him long enough to pass the American Citizenship test

I heard he can sponsor you when he is 18 since he's an adult. HOWEVER, I think you can't be here ILLEGALLY if you are applying to become a resident and then a citizen.
