get a punching bag and do alot of tai kwan doe cardio. or try any of the millions of work out videos. step aroebics is an easy indoor way. if you have a treadmill, that is perfect. push ups and situps will replace your fat with muscle. pilates and yoga are deceptively helpful as they work muscles you never knew you had. if you have a swimming pool, that is by far the best way. swim until you can't swim anymore. swimming uses just about every muscle in your body and is excellent for cardio
