No such thing. Think about it. A retainer is going to make you feel full? No. Impossible for a device in your mouth having any connection to your stomach/digestive system.

It was probably a gastric retainer (or band) which is surgically placed around the top of your stomach. Nothing placed in your mouth can make you feel fuller unless it continues down your throat into your belly. If you swollow the retainer, you will feel fuller.

That type of thing is called a fad diet and is completely fake. I'm sorry, but it's probably been taken out of the market by organizations that test for fad diet things.

Not sure, ask your dentist. But it sounds like a joke. Try nutrisystem. I've lost 35 pounds in about 3 months
