Since his earthly mother is a sinner like everyone else, she must wait for one of two resurrections. The resurrection of the righteous which occurs at the second coming (At the end of the great tribulation) or the resurrection of the wicked that occurs after the 1000 years spoken of in the book of revelation.

Nothing, except His own great knowledge of what was best to happen. We only know of a few humans that made it to heaven so far. Enoch, Elijah, Moses, Jesus, and those that were raised after Jesus was resurrected. The rest of us gotta wait till He returns.

Nothing. But there is no evidence of such in the Bible. Mary was not superhuman. She was born again (filled with the Holy Ghost, as evidenced by speaking in tongues, just like the rest of the disciples in the book of Acts. read Acts chapters 1 and 2.

God can do whatever he wants to. But who told you that God did this, and why do you believe them? is this person a prophet who hears from God directly? Did this person ever meet Mary or Jesus and ask? Maybe they are lying. how would you know?
