Tiny Tim is still just a puppy. However, his owner, Mandy Marks, says Tiny hasn't grown since he was four weeks old.
At 3 inches tall at the shoulder, Marks says Tiny Tim is the world's smallest dog, a title currently held by a Yorkshire terrier called Whitney.

The tiniest dog is a Chihuahua. And believe me they are small! I used to have one, but unfortunately she died very young and small.

Usually, that's too long for me. I think it depends on the guy as well as his face though. Certain guys may pull off long hair and other folks can't.

I have pretty very long hair, I like them but We think I would have them cut short in about some two yrs
