What would one serve with a can of corned beef hash? Its just me. Just want to know what to have with it....I was tinking of instant mashed potatoes.

Hmmm...never had canned before but scrambled eggs might be nice. Other wise top with grated cheddar and eat with some bread. Peas go nicely with corned beef hash too.

Corned beef hash already has potatoes in it--serve it with eggs and some fruit and have breakfast for dinner...

Ok for tonight mashed potatoes is good. Next time though go to foodnetwork.com and look for solo dinner recipies so you can have better meals even if it is just for you.
