Okay, let me tell you. I left my window open on 3/8/07, and got sick on 3/9/07 and currently still sick. My headache is still here. When I try to poo, my head hurts. I tried to sleep but ending up laying on the bed for 2 hours. Because when I was trying to sleep, there is some minor breathing problems. I just ate tylenol 20 minutes ago and still sick, Can anyone give me the solution and future solutions? Just wondering, can leaving the window open at night while you sleep can cause you to be sick? how?

You didn't say where you live. There could be a virus around your area that you have caught. It might be an allergic reaction to some pollution or fume that passed by while you were sleeping, possibly pollution from a passing waste carrier, or something dumped from a passing aircraft.
If you are having breathing problems, persistent headaches and can not have a bowel movement without pain, then I think you should see a doctor.

Yes and No , No because the cold air isn't what makes you sick , however it can compromise your immune system because you are using a lot of energy to keep yourself warm. And yes because , there is always bacteria & viruses floating around in the air. Try using a fan to keep cool or try and turn down the heat before you lay down to go to sleep.
Also , it sounds to me that you have a sinus cold or a sinus infection , probably viral , but if in a week you are still having the pain you should be seen by a physician because more than likely its a bacterial infection. The reason it is hurting more when you try and have a bowel movement is because you are straining . Try and drink prune juice or a laxative or stool softener to soften your stools. Drink lots of water or 100% fruit juice , you may be dyhydrated. I hope you feel better .

No, just cause your window is open doesn't mean that you'll get sick.
Are you running fever?
Are you congested?
Is your nose running?
Is it stopped up?
Do you feel a pressure in your sinuses?
Does your face ache?
Bend down and touch your toes.....does your face ache doing that?
If you can answer any of these questions with a yes, then chances are that you need to go see a doctor. If Tylenol is not working......try Advil, Motrin, or it's generic, Ibuprofen....follow label directions. Best of luck to you

Window open can if it's moist outside.
You probably have a cold or sinus infection.
Try a decongestant and if it does not clear up within 3 days or gets worse see your doctor.
- This is not intended to provide medical advice....I've had 8 hours of medical training and am in no way an expert.

dude you can't get sick from sleeping with the window open!. . . unless a chick slipped in the window in the middle of the night and gave you an STD lol. . .
uuum. . . you said "try to poo". . . are you constipated?
what kind of breathing problems? if you have a fever - you probably have a virus- take your butt to the doctor.

your head hurts because of the headache when you poo
your nose is stuffed =try putting vicks rub just unside your
nostrals and lay on your back=this should melt and flow

Not usually, I don't think there are any big, bad germs that will travel distances like that. I'd suggest you call your physican.
