she's my uni sweetheart, we have been together for about 4 years now. when we are together life is just perfect and complete... we are from different countries from the Middle East (about 1500Km apart). Our families are totally ok with it, she's the sweetest person i have ever met...

However, since i am back from uni and working (uni is in UK :s), we dont call each other much, she's "being caught up in her studies" and we dont even chat much on msn anymore…

i am the kind of person who needs attention, i guess hard to maintain but i need that continuous assurance that would put me on top of the world.

i live alone, life is dull at the moment,,, empty... let me know what u think, shall i let her go and move on?

we have only been on LDR for 7 months now... and spending the rest of my life with her is very possible,,, it's how things have slowed down that bothers me,,, not a trust issue, we trust each other blindly

Break up and end things well before you doing something that causes you to break up out of guilt or obligation.

If neither of you think you will be able to sustain a long-distance relationship, you should let go and move on --- it is what is fair for both of you.
Long distance relationships are very difficult. It might be better to end it now -- gracefully, as friends --then to end it later once one or the other of you gets involved with someone else.
Good luck!

Tell her your feelings, your needs and desires. Distance is a big thing to overcome. Maybe it's time to move closer together. 4 years is a good amount of time to invest in a relationship. But hugging and cuddling this computer isn't hugging a real soft, warm person.

it is hard to have a long distance relationship. Go out into the world and make friends with other people. Not saying to find any one but go and enjoy life

Why don't you ask her this question? No one here can give you a realistic answer, only she can. If she is tired of the distance thing, let her tell you. Whatever the answer, you both will survive. Good luck

If you really love her, and can see yourself with her in the future, then yes, stay with her. Love can live through the distance.

However, if you dont see it that way, then quit wasting your time (and hers) and move on.

if you are discontented with 'dull' you will probably do what makes you happiest. cant make your gal do what you want, not really unless she offers herself to that. good luck
