How old is the oldest cat you've known?

My ex-husbands calico cat Lilly, was 24 years old. Her mom Lydia, was a kitten his mom and dad had when they were first married. Lilly was born before him, and he kept her as his till she died. So her age is totally known. She even was healthy and pretty spry untill the day she fell asleep by the heat register and just never woke back up. Lydia her mom lived 18 years. Her sister Lucy was a 20 year old.

A properly cared cat can stay approximately two decades, something after it somewhat is a blessing alto, I even have heard the oldest cat replaced into around 23 years previous. Senior cats have some wellbeing matters comparable to human seniors do, yet cats are very resilient and could proceed to exist plenty. 19 is unquestionably previous, yet Rodney could have some good years in him. I knew a cat who was 23 at an animal hospital I worked at. I remember it from years ago because at the time the cat was older then I was. :)

My grandparents have a Tom cat that is 22 years old and counting.

21 the last time I saw her. Her name was Fred and she belonged to someone I knew in grad school.

I think she lived longer than that too, because I was still in touch with the owner for a year or 2 and he never mentioned her dying.
