Have you tried to ask your bank (or credit card issuer) to lower your rate? Sometimes it's as easy as calling up a representative on the phone and asking them. Let them know why you think your rate should be dropped-- and tell them you're looking at other offers. If that fails-- then you might want to look around.

You can find a great list of low interest credit cards here:

GOOD LUCK!

You credit score is average to slightly above average. 15% is really not that bad right now. Do you have a balance? If so look into a balance transfer. You probally can get zero percent for 12 months. Keep the existing card open and paid off. Open another card with a lower interest rate. Try Chase or Capital One. Also talk to your bank or credit union about what is available to you. You can also ask your existing credit card company for a rate reduction. Also always choose a fixed rate over a variable. Do not shut down your old card it will hurt your FICO score.

There's many out there but you have to decide what factors best apply to your situation. Just remember to keep your credit line real and within your means to avoid the tragedies others have suffered through ignorance!
