On valentines day he wrote me a note telling me that he likes me.But I don't like him! I don't even know his name and we in the same class. He was acting kinda like a pervirte! He was starring at me really hard and it was making me uncomfortable! I told him No I wont go out with you.
He got hurt,but thats how I felt! I was already talking to someone that I really like. He still didn't understand me
and keeps on talking to me.How do I tell him to leave me
alone??

A deeply infatuated person will only keep coming after you if your not mean enough. Just by saying "leave me alone" or other nonsense won't deter such people. And when your not mean enough this actually emboldens such pests. Reporting it to the Police should take care of such would be stalkers. If your brave enough, just scream and start a scene in public whenever he approaches you. Envisioning such a scene from reoccurring would deter him the next time he sees you.

Treat him with respect although you may not like him. Get him to find someone for him, if you please. That happened to me. There are girls who I am interested in dating but turned me away and I hated it. Why don't you check out my question that is still accepting answers, "Why does this always have to happen? Why does this girl want to be with that guy instead of me?" I was in the same situation like that guy you aren't interested in him was he. This is all I have.

Just tell him that you do not want to date him because you have feelings for another. Sometimes you have to be a little mean...he'll get the picture.

Well, if he likes you like this then, you just have to be open. Tell him he doesn't like you. It might hurt his feelings, but he needs to know the truth about how you feel about him.

it seems like im this guy your talking about....not relly. but what im going throgh now. as this guy i can tell you what to do. just go up to him and say "i relly dont want to go out with you. but i would like to be your friend"
this way he wont get hurt like i did...well not as bad at least.
